THE ROLE OF HYBRID ORGANIZATIONS IN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN THE AMAZON THROUGH INNOVATION

Abstract

This article serves as a guide for students, researchers, entrepreneurs, and public managers interested in acquiring new knowledge about innovation and understanding the fundamental role of hybrid organizations in the development of the Amazon and highlights the importance of strengthening hybrid organizations to boost innovation and sustainable development in the Amazon region. By analyzing the collaboration between Government, University and the Private Sector, the study highlights the synergy needed to address environmental challenges and promote integrated solutions in the Amazon. Success stories demonstrate how the intersection of these sectors can generate positive impacts, such as the creation of technology parks and bioeconomy projects. It is recommended to invest in training programs, technology transfer, and public policies aligned with fostering the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in the region. Strategic partnerships between the actors of the Triple Helix Model are essential to drive sustainable solutions and promote regional development. The critical analysis of the results highlights the importance of collaborative actions for economic growth, social equity and environmental sustainability in the Amazon region.
