Abstract

This work is thematic area marketing and is in the number of companies using social network as a tool for relationship marketing. This survey is to identify builders of Brasília-DF using the Online Social Network as a tool for relationship marketing and benchmarking tool on the result of their application. As a parameter of efficiency will be evaluated the frequency of communication with customers through the tool and the number of companies that started selling in Online platform. The research was applied directly to the marketing managers of the builders of Brasilia DF, which is a market with remarkable growth. Therefore the research will identify the number of practitioners familiar with the tool.
