Abstract

This study is aimed at presenting the influence of organizational culture in the management processes of innovation and at the same time understand if an innovative culture can be a strategic choice for the establishment of business resilience. It is understood the concept of organizational resilience as a collective process, which is independent of individual capability of acceptance and / or overcoming of each employee. Considering the longevity of the resilient enterprises, strong contribution to regional development, establishes the relevance of the theme, which was developed through consistent literature review beyond the empirical analysis of the results of the latest Innovation Research published by the IBGE. With exploratory approach, without the commitment to be conclusive, research brings as a result the indication that there is influence of innovative organizational culture in the development of business resilience.
