This article aimed to classify, according to the concepts of K.S.A. (Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes), the professional competences foreseen in the Pedagogical Course Projects - PCPs of the Superior Courses in Management Process Technology offered by three units of the Federal Institute of São Paulo - FISP, verifying which ones are more emphasized, as well as demonstrating the existing convergences and divergences. This study, with a qualitative approach, used the methodology of exploratory and descriptive research and, as for the technical, documentary and bibliographic procedures. The results found that there are divergences between the professional competences foreseen in the courses PCPs and there is also evidence of lack of standardization in the elaboration of said profile. It also resulted in the finding that of the total sum of competencies provided for in the PCPs of the three units, only half of them had convergences and correspondences with each other.
