MANAGEMENT OF PERSONS WITH MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND THIRD PARTIES IN THREE BUILDERS OF CHAPECO - SC

The management of persons in projects is always complex and subjective and aims to organize a project team and make use of human resources in its excellence. This work has as objective to study how the management of people with managers, employees and subcontractors is carried out in three civil construction companies located in city of Chapecó - SC. The selected companies had in their portfolio different segments of activity in civil construction, being works of industrial, popular and medium / high standard. Thus, to achievement of the study, questionnaires were carried out with entrepreneurs, engineers, masons and servants. The results showed that efficient management results in motivated employees, who seek improvements in services performed, as well improvements in the layout in the construction site, organization and communication. On the other hand, it was also evidenced that aspects as wage arrears generate demotivation and insecurity, raising the number of complaints. Thus, it can be concluded that the construction industry needs constant technical improvements in the area of persons management to achieve excellence in aspects as commitment, quality and productivity in the execution of works.Downloads
