Abstract

Initially, the research comprises the humanized Landing process in the city of Imperatriz/MA, theoretically referenced based on authors who study humanization, work, landing and human resources management, discourse analysis was carried out based on interviews with former employees of Company X and Y, about the dismissal process. Having like this, as a general objective to analyze the importance of humanization in the offboarding process and specific: explain about offboarding; identify the best practices of offboarding and identify actions that are fundamental in the humanized landing. As for the methodological procedures, it is based on a bibliographic reference and field research in a qualitative research perspective, in which it starts from data analysis for the objectivity of discourse analysis. Thus considering, that the humanized practice of disembarkation is a process of self-criticism about the actions that Human Resource Management promotes in the process of dismissal of employees, in which mediated by a dialogue and alterity towards the life and professional trajectory of the former employee, it can promote a less conflicting and frightening bond break. It is worth mentioning that the perspective under analysis with the observed reality of companies X and Y, denote that a humanized landing practice is a possible path full of positive results, because the moment is neither romanticized nor demonized, but it opens up possibilities for re-signification of what was learned of good quality.
