Abstract

The role of internal communication is evident in the contemporary context in which organizations tend to be more complex by the need to engage globally, independent company focused acting. The dialogues-company officials and employees-employees characterize internal communication, one of the aspects of business communication. The aim of this paper is to systematize the relevant aspects to consider in the assessment of internal communication organizations. The research is characterized as exploratory, with bibliographic approach. The results systematize key aspects in the evaluation of internal communication, among which is access to information, the appropriateness of the message, the clear formalization of communication channels and the credibility of the public in internal communication.
