SISTEMA VIRTUAL DE COMUNICAÇÃO EM COOPERATIVA DE CAFEICULTORES DE MINAS GERAIS
Abstract
The objective of the present study was to identify the main services and activities carried out by the cooperative of an agricultural cooperative in the municipality of Campos Gerais, MG, and also the information essential to the progress of their daily productive activities so that if a communication system integrated to the site of the current cooperative with exclusive area of access to the cooperative was developed. For the study, a field research was carried out with 185 cooperatives and also research by observation in the daily processes of the cooperatives aiming at a more detailed analysis of the daily life of the pairs. Concluding the need for cooperative members to access a system that provides them with access to information that is currently available to them only in person and, in some cases, by telephone, it was possible to develop a system called "Area Cooperado "where through it one has access to quotations, stock of coffee, direct communication with departments and virtual store for the purchase of products sold by the cooperative. The development of the "Cooperative Area" will reduce barriers to access to information and provide cooperative members with a way to manage their processes in an innovative way.
